If you fear smaller dealerships....DON'T. After visiting 6 other dealerships of many sizes, this one was by far the best. From the customer service, to the selection AND quality of the cars available to the cleanliness of their environment. By far the best and easiest experience I’ve had buying a car from a dealer in 40 years! Since I had to travel a few hours to the dealership, they honored a deposit to hold the vehicle. They also started the financial paperwork and the price was very fair. After the test drive, the new tires appeared to need balancing, and they took care of it within 30 minutes. From the point I arrived at the dealership, to when I drove the vehicle off the lot, it was 75 minutes - AMAZING! No hard selling or up-selling either. Truly a pleasure to do business with Premium Auto Sales.
